Christmas Gift - December 19, 2021

I am curious.  How many of you still send out Christmas cards?  I mean the paper kind, in an envelope, with a stamp?  Do you just sign the card or do you include a personal message?   How many of you  do a Christmas newsletter?  How many send photos?

Today's I have for you two papers and a frame cluster.  ENJOY!

We still send out Christmas cards. The only ones I write a note in are the ones for people we don't see or talk to often. For the past few years I've also participated in a card exchange for a dog group that I belong to on Facebook. It is sooo much fun to get the cards and see all of the dogs (Bernese). Really makes you look forward to the mail each day!

I still mail Christmas cards. I usually write a note in them or at least add best wishes etc.
It's my favorite time because other than my birthday, it's the only time I get personal mail and not the usual junk mail. I personally hope Christmas card sending never goes away. I don't usually send out a newsletter. I've done a photo card once or twice in all my years of sending Christmas cards. Receiving Christmas cards in the mail is one of my favorite parts of Christmas.

In the past I've done newsletters, photo cards, and regular cards. I have a real hard time sending anything out without some sort of personal note, though, especially to out-of-town friends or family; this often translates into me not sending anything at all. :(
I LOVE receiving Christmas greetings in any form, although when it's just a photo card from a person/family I barely know anymore (eg. old college friends) and it has no note, and doesn't even tell me who is in the photos, that makes me kind of sad. Seems some people can't even be bothered to sign their name any more.
