Fireworks!

Wow, nature sure has been providing us with plenty of fireworks lately in the form of lightning. We have had so many storms. Is the weather getting weird in this country, or what?! Floods, tornadoes, high winds (even if they are 99 mph winds, as we had a couple of weeks ago, it is not a tornado unless it touches the ground)... and then the fires. How horrible. Our prayers are with those families affected by these tragedies. I can't imagine losing everything like that. Anyway, here are a few more of my latest LOs. Hot, hot, hot!

The weather, that is. Hot and humid. Sometimes I think I am getting used to the humidity again, until I actually go outside where there is no airconditioning. Not! And I had forgotten the bad things it does to your hair. Why bother with the curling iron. I have not blogged since the freebie, and I have finished 13 layouts since then (plus two brag book pages for an exchange at goDigitalscrapbooking). But I am not going to overwhelm you with them all at once...LOL. So here are a few.

It's been a while since I've had some quickpages for you, so I thought it was about time. I've made two -- one 12x12 and one 11x8.5 for those of you who don't scrap square. Summer is here!

Wow, summer is definitely here. It's been hot! We've also had quite a few storms. Last week, a storm came through town with 99 mph winds. They say it was not a tornado as it never touched ground, but it sure tore up things. Huge trees were uprooted, branches were down everywhere, and lots of people lost roof shingles. Thankfully the only thing it did in our yard was knock over the garbage can on the curb and scatter the garbage (thankfully in bags) down the street. Our back neighbor lost a big branch off his tree which landed in our yard, but no damage. Here are a few more LOs:
