So sorry
My dear friends, so sorry there was no Tuesday Treat this week. As most of you know, we spend the winters in Florida. This was to be our last year as we are getting too old for the trip back and forth and are now both having trouble getting around. We normally head north around the end of March, but this year, because of the pandemic, we delayed our departure. Who knew things were going to continue to get worse! Then hubby hurt his back and it all went downhill from there. Last week, our daughter and SIL flew down, and packed us all up (furniture stays with the house, so it was just our personal things). We flew home with our daughter and our SIL drove the minivan home. Although it was only a two hour flight, we got to the airport hours in advance, and then got preboarded, so spent lots of time cramped up. We got up at 5 am, finished the last few things in the van, drove almost 2 hours to the airport, waited and waited, flew home and then drove the two hours home. We got home at 7pm and were fast asleep by 8. Hubby slept until 8am and I slept until 9. Our SIL came over Monday to drop off the van and he and our daughter unloaded everything. Yesterday was doctor appointments and some relaxation. Today two of our daughters brought lunch and then unpacked a bunch of stuff before they had to leave for work. There is so much stuff on my desk!! And on the floor!! And in the suitcases still. I will try to have a goodie or two for you next week. In the meantime, thanks for stopping by. STAY SAFE!

Oh, you poor thing, that sounds miserable! I'm glad you are resting, you NEED to take it easy. Thank you for all you have given of your time, energy, art, and creativity!
Oh my goodness! I am glad you didn't go to Florida. It is going to continue to get worse, I'm afraid. It sounds like you have a lovely supportive family! Good Luck to you all!
