WOOHOO!

We have a new great-grandbaby! She is the most beautiful baby in the world! Her name is Emily Ann and she was born a couple of days ago. These photos were taken right after she was born. I will have more later, but couldn't wait to show her off. Beautiful, right?!

Busy, busy, busy

Well, it seems like I only have time to get on here once a week or so, what with life keeping me busy. Dinner at our GDs was fabulous, she is such a good cook. We've had some more snow, but it disappears as fast as we get it, so I guess that is not bad. Did you all see the Lunar eclipse last night? Wow. We had a perfectly clear sky and it was awesome. Finally, It's Snowing!

We are finally getting some snow. We had a little the other night but it turned mostly to ice and that was no fun. It has turned very cold (5 degrees this morning!) and it has been snowing softly for the past couple of hours. They are not predicting too much snow, but who knows. It is so pretty. We were supposed to go out tonight to watch our DGD in the Quiz Bowl, but hubby hurt his back and is limping around the house. It's not too bad, but I didn't want him to injure it any more than he already has. The Quiz Bowl will be going on for a few weeks, and we did get to see her compete last week, so we hope she was not too disappointed. Here are a couple more layouts.

No Snow

I have been waiting and waiting, but still no snow. We keep hearing these forecasts of snow storms but so far nothing yet. Since I retired, I love the snow. I love sitting at the window and watching the big flakes coming down. I love how everything looks pure and clean after a good snowfall. Of course, that's because I don't have to get all bundled up and go out in the cold and drive in it (unless I want to!) Anyway, had to make myself a spreadsheet to keep track of all the layouts and which ones I have posted, and what kit I used etc. Been a scrappin' fool lately. Here are some more.
