Tuesday Treat - January 30, 2022

Oh my gosh, the first month of the year just about over! We finally got a snow storm. We got about 5 inches (or more) last week. Most of it has melted but it is snowing again today. Small flakes but steady. And it is cold enough (25 degrees) that it is sticking to everything. I love watching the snow from my office window, but I don't have to go out in the cold and drive on the icy roads. I am posting this on my blog early (Monday morning) so that I don't forget - something I tend to do a lot now that I am old ... LOL - but only here on my blog. I will post to Facebook after supper tonight (if I remember). Anyway, here is your treat for today. ENJOY!

Today (Monday) would have been my son's 56th birthday. God took him home three years ago -- way too soon. It is snowing here today and I can just hear him telling me how much warmer it is in New Mexico. He was a sweet boy and a good man and so very talented. So sad.

Tuesday Treat - January 9, 2023

I am feeling much better. Tired, but better. I spent some time designing yesterday and doing some layouts (YAY!) Most of the few Christmas decorations are down and put away. Our daughter will come over to bring the last few downstairs. How are you all doing? When do you take down decorations? We put ours up the day after Thanksgiving. I know a lot of people put them up early - sometimes before Halloween - and are probably sick of them by the time Christmas is over. But, for us, it has always been after January 6th (the Epiphany). Well, here are a couple of gifts for you. I hope you can use them. ENJOY!
