Tuesday Treat - May 17, 2022

 Just a short post today and I am really not feeling well.  I hardly slept last night. I am still very sore and my right foot is so swollen!

  1. elevate and Ice your foot and then wrap it with an elastic bandage or even a dishtowel.Try inhaling and spraying your sheets with lavender or a lavender blend. Feel better soon - and check with a physician please.

  3. Anonymous has some good advice. When I sprained my ankle years ago, the thing that helped the most was wrapping a tensor bandage around it. I hope you feel better soon.
